This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of Sunyeeg’s Terms of Service and applies to every order placed on the official website. Please read it carefully before purchasing.

1. Shipping Options & Rates

Sunyeeg uses flat, predictable rates by region. All fees (including any free-shipping eligibility) are shown at checkout before you pay.

Primary ship-from location: Sunyeeg workshop & warehouse, 175 E Markison Ave, Columbus, OH 43207. In limited cases, a carrier hub or partnered facility may dispatch on Sunyeeg’s behalf to speed delivery.

2. Processing, Cut-Off & Delivery Times

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding U.S. public holidays) for final QC and packing.

Same-day processing cut-off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days enter same-day processing; orders placed after this cut-off begin processing the next business day.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom: 6–8 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days
    These are estimates, not guarantees; weather, carrier capacity, customs, or remote locations can extend delivery.

3. Order Tracking

When a parcel leaves Columbus, Ohio, Sunyeeg emails a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a direct carrier link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to begin updating (especially for international routes or customs staging).

If your Standard shipment has not arrived within the windows below, contact Sunyeeg support with your order number:

  • United States: Not delivered within 10 business days after ship date

  • International (EU/UK/CA/AU): Not delivered within 14 business days after ship date

4. 12-Hour Change Window (Before Fulfillment)

After Sunyeeg receives payment, the order enters a 12-hour change window. During this time you may edit size, color, quantity, address, or cancel. Once the window closes, Sunyeeg submits the order to fulfillment and changes/cancellations may no longer be possible.

5. Address Rules & Multi-Ship

Sunyeeg ships one order to one destination. For multiple addresses, place separate orders.
Sunyeeg cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and some island regions in Europe or Australia). Use a complete residential or business street address (include unit/suite if applicable).

6. Countries Currently Served

Sunyeeg currently ships only to: United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, Portugal. Orders outside these 10 countries cannot be processed at this time.

7. Taxes, Duties & Customs

Pricing is transparent: the amount shown at checkout is the total you pay. Sunyeeg covers import duties, VAT, and customs clearance for the supported countries listed above, so you should not be billed extra on delivery.

Origin: All items are manufactured, printed, and shipped from the United States.

8. Fashion-Grade Packing

Garments are folded in protective polybags or tissue, then packed in branded mailers or boxes. A simple care card is included. Accessories (caps, totes, socks, etc.) are individually wrapped to prevent scuffs.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

Damaged on arrival: Contact Sunyeeg within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/video of the item and packaging. After review, Sunyeeg will replace the item or refund in full.

Lost in transit: If delivery exceeds the timelines in Section 3 or tracking has not updated for 7 consecutive days, contact Sunyeeg. If the carrier confirms loss, Sunyeeg will replace at no cost or refund in full.

10. How to Avoid Delays

Provide complete, valid payment details and a full, accurate street address. Sunyeeg is not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses entered at checkout or for parcels returned to sender due to address issues. If you ask the final-mile carrier to redirect/forward a parcel after dispatch, Sunyeeg is not liable for loss, theft, or damage arising from the reroute.

11. Canceling an Order

You may cancel any order that hasn’t been processed or shipped—contact Sunyeeg as soon as possible, ideally within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order is handed to the carrier, cancellation isn’t available. After delivery, you may use Sunyeeg’s Return & Refund Policy.
