Sunyeeg stands behind the quality and fit of printed apparel and accessories. If an order is not right, Sunyeeg offers a clear, fair path to return or refund. This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Australia, Spain, Canada, Italy, Belgium, and Portugal.

Returns due to Sunyeeg’s fault Free ($0). Applies to damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. A prepaid return label is provided.

General Conditions for Returns

Return Window: Send a return request within 30 days of delivery.
Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags/labels attached. Items with signs of wear, stains, fragrance, deodorant/cosmetic marks, or alterations are not eligible.
Packaging: Return items in original packaging (branded polybags, tissue, accessories like spare buttons/straps). If original packaging is not available, use secure packaging at your own cost.
Proof of Purchase: Include the order number, invoice, or order confirmation.
Non-Eligible Cases: Washed, worn, or altered items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Return Procedures by Case

A. Returns Due to Sunyeeg’s Fault

Sunyeeg accepts responsibility when one of the following occurs:

  • Damaged in Transit: Tears, stains, or damage during shipping.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Faulty seams, broken zippers, misaligned prints.

  • Wrong Item Shipped: Incorrect size, color, style, or design.

Costs & Options

  • Return is free with a prepaid label (pickup arranged where available).

  • Choose replacement (subject to stock) or a full refund, including the original shipping fee you paid.

B. General Returns (Change of Mind / Size Didn’t Work)

Eligibility: Request within 30 days; item unused/unwashed/unworn; tags intact.
Shipping Costs: Paid by the customer (non-refundable). Use a tracked service and keep the receipt.
Inspection: After Sunyeeg receives the item, the team checks the condition. Items that pass inspection qualify for a refund.
Refund Amount: Product price only (original shipping is not refunded).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift Cards (digital or physical)

  • Final Sale/Clearance items (sold “as is”)

  • Used/Washed/Altered apparel (any visible wear, tailoring, perfume/cosmetic marks)

  • Custom or Personalized products (custom prints/embroidery/made-to-order) unless defective

Return Process

Step 1: Request a Return
Email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery. Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • For defects/damage: clear photos or a short video showing the issue

Step 2: Get Instructions
Within 1–2 business days, Sunyeeg sends return directions. If the issue is Sunyeeg’s fault, Sunyeeg also sends a prepaid return label.

Step 3: Pack & Send
Repack securely (original packaging preferred). Ship the parcel to: Sunyeeg – Returns Department 160 E Morrill Ave, Columbus, OH 43207

Refund Processing

Timing: Sunyeeg initiates refunds within 7 business days after the return arrives and passes inspection.
Method: Refund in USD to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Store credit is available upon request.
Notification: Sunyeeg emails you once the refund is processed.
Bank Timelines: Your bank or card provider may take up to 7 additional business days to release funds.
Restocking Fees: None. Approved returns receive the full eligible amount.

Processing: 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays).
Transit Estimates:

  • United States: 5–6 business days

  • Europe & United Kingdom (FR/DE/ES/IT/BE/PT/UK): 6–8 business days

  • Canada & Australia: 7–10 business days
    Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST start processing the same business day; orders placed after 2:00 PM EST begin processing the next business day.
